Not getting messages in workstream
Iv had it several times where messages that have been sent to me are not appearing in my workstream. Sometimes i get an email alert for a message and then when i loggin to my account there is nothing there. Other times i get no email alerts - but then get a random message through from a client asking why im not replying to them, or have i seen any of their messages. Its delaying work - as im unaware clients are trying to get old of me - I noticed in previous support queries that this has been a known bug for a few months - any hope of getting it sorted soon as its causing problems when my clients cant get hold of me.
