Work Stream Blocked and cannot get paid.

Angela asked me to do the invoice to be paid the $30 in excrow, but this is the message on the bottom.  It will not let me raise an invoice.  Can you help me resolve this?  She has promised me additional work also.  Will you contact her and correct this please?

The specific Stream has been blocked because Angela W. is no longer an active member of PPH.

  Kelly, no one has contacted me about resolving this.  Will you please look into it.  I actually have $60 in escrow for this job now and she promised me future work.

  Let me know what I need to do to correct this problem.

  Good morning o you guys,

  I'm having a situation here!

  Tom D. work stream "has been blocked" although I have completed work for them.

  You certainly understand that I need to get paid. $170 from and invoice raised on Dec 4th. remaining and now client is "nowhere to be found"...

  Could you provide your assistance here?
