WHY ISN'T MY SELLER APPLICATION APPROVED?

My seller application was not approved. I have reported it on this platform and received an email stating I should provide a genuine profile picture. I changed 2 time my profile picture, but my status is the same.

Could I please get some further information on what basis my application has been not accepted? The email does not include any info on that.
