 I have somebody that I made a deposit for on an accepted offer.  They have only done one hour of work and want to be paid.  How do I pay them and have them work more if they want?

  Please ask your seller to raise invoice for the completed work so that you will be able to release the funds to your seller. I would advise to make sure the work is completed to your satisfaction at that point of payment and evidenced within the workstream before you release funds from escrow and deposit more funds in.
