I want to Change my Payoneer Account.

My Payoneer account humayunkobirjc@gmail.com i don't verify this account and is not Active. So I want to add hkobir4519@gmail.com to my PPH account. 

They are in same "USD" Currency. 

How Can I delete 1st One and Replace another??
