Invoice #1717545-1 Been Paid without Job Completion

Hi,

The above mentioned invoice has been paid by PPH to the seller without they completing the job and without the buyer authorisation to release the payment.

I have contacted the seller about the job but they are telling me that they need more time.  

I am disappointed in PPH that you have released the funds without my permission.

I would appreciate if you look into this.
