Not sure why my card is not working. Need to start a new project.

  Thanks for your message, 

  I have opened a ticket for you as I cannot see why you would have issue regarding adding a credit card, if you could provide the support team with your details they will be able to resolve your issue.

  Alternatively you could use PayPal - however there may be an issue if your paypal name does not match your PPH name.

  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
