Suggestion: you could improve the time that is necessary to review and approve an invoice, as well the request for withdrawal.

  Many thanks for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our product team.

  At the moment we have a process whereby we have to moderate a workstream to ensure work has been delivered as requested before releasing funds from Escrow. If PPH did not do this effectively and allowed a more relaxed approach to be 'quicker' then it may in the end see more disputes raised from buyers and sellers and ultimately take longer to transact invoices/withdrawals.
