    I am very sorry you have found yourself in this situation.

    As these situations can get rather complex we will need to make sure the funds are safely with us an no request will be made for a chargeback. There have been scenarios when that happens after a deactivation - even if we had requested documents to avoid it.

    Having said that, once the funds are securely with us we will be able to look into releasing it to you and that will be after 180 days. That way we can be sure we will be able to release funds to you and avoid you having any more problems after that.
