Disappointed with PPH - 2
I completed my order a month ago and the buyer released the funds to me. But PPH canceled the invoice because the buyer's account wasn't verified.
They notified the buyer several times but the buyer didn't log into his account for around a month, so his account was deactivated.
The support told me that if the buyer didn't log in to his acc. till 4th oct, they will release the money in the escrow account to me.
But that didn't happen. PPH Support member Kotas is now telling me that they will have to wait 180 days in order to be sure before they release the funds to me.
I am really very disappointed.

I am very sorry you have found yourself in this situation.
As these situations can get rather complex we will need to make sure the funds are safely with us an no request will be made for a chargeback. There have been scenarios when that happens after a deactivation - even if we had requested documents to avoid it.
Having said that, once the funds are securely with us we will be able to look into releasing it to you and that will be after 180 days. That way we can be sure we will be able to release funds to you and avoid you having any more problems after that.Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
