Profile update not saving

I was requested twice to add more detail to the About section of my profile, but the changes are not being saved, I have use multiple browsers and I have attempted to update the information multiple times with no luck. Here is the update I want to make to the About section of my profile:

 

Electrical Engineer with 20+ years experience in hardware and software design.
20+ years experience in microcontrollers including Arduino (Listed as an AVR expert in Atmel's website)
Experienced in C#, C, C++, TSQL, HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, Javascript, etc.
I have been using C# since 2000 when it was released by Microsoft.
Experience with very large databases (1.5 million entries a day) with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and DB2.
Capable of producing prototypes at production quality for electronic designs. Also can do small runs (up to 100) units at very affordable prices.
Experienced in development for Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS and Linux.
15+ years experience in software and hardware design for bio-metric devices.

  Hi, I'm having the same issue. I tried FireFox and Chrome. Nothing I update on my profile will save.

  Oh, just read that response again.... I guess I understand your need to moderate but it would be nice to at least see that the details I've updated have saved.

  My location city is entirely incorrect... it should say Austin, TX but says Louisville, CO, and I'd like to know that if I spend 10 minutes writing a thoughtful bio that it is at least going to be properly submitted to the moderator.

  I just changed my profile like 10 times trying to figure out what was wrong and I have no way of knowing which one of those submissions will actually be approved by your moderator.

  Richard - It took about 1 day for my edits to show up. Not sure if it's always the case...

  I think this site needs a bit more consistency and better communication with their users.

  Hello,

  I have a similar issue but Edit Profile asking me to enter Lastname and is mandatory, But Input box is disabled?
