I have withdrawn a job. How do I get back my deposit? I can't find it anywhere anymore...

  I had also cancelled a job for a PDF download, but I still got billed for it.  I believe I am due a refund.

  How do I get my deposit back. All I did was talk to the person for 5 minutes. I have chosen to go in a different direction. The job was never started.
