No response from buyer and job complete

Hi there,

I have completed a job for my buyer on the 10th Oct and sent invoice, money is in Escrow but buyer hasn't been online in weeks. Have sent 2 emails chasing but no response.

Can you advise when money will be released please?

  Hi Lee-Ann,

  If you have invoiced a client and the money is already in escrow then the money will be released in about 15 days from the date the invoice is raised. This is to allow time for the buyer to get in touch with you in case they require any revisions on the work etc.
