Paused Hourlies Prevent Increasing Availability

During a very busy period I set my availability to 'no days'. I am now available for 3 of those days but I cannot set those days as available because I have a paused Hourlie set for delivery over 5 days.

 

1. Paused Hourlies should not prevent a seller from setting availability because they are paused.
2. I wish PPH would stop nannying and warn instead of blocking because the obvious work around is to set days as 'available' when in reality they are not available.

BTW I have changed those paused Hourlies and presumably I have to wait for someone to approve the changes before PPH will allow me to increase my availability.
