Many thanks for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our product team.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Will PPH update their community on the outcome of that as passing it on to the product team seems to be the only indication of any status for at least the last 7 months.

PPH is taking all the sellers for granted. Same thing happened with and I raised an alarm too (it has been 6 months). Again I am facing same problem, out of proposal credits for no reason (when i shouldn't be loosing for credit for sending proposal to a job when someone invites me).

    :(

Imagine the scenario had you paid for more credits and they started vanishing while supposedly they should not be used towards a bid Bhavansh. One would then have a fairly legitimate "theft under false pretenses" claim and I'd imagine that'd produce the rather simple clarification the community is asking for.

Quite why the community seems to be ignored with template responses and no clarifications or changes for over 7 months for such a simple thing is beyond me.

Changing the text to actually be accurate is not I imagine massively difficult (although it's probably also in places people forget even exist anymore) and since the "High Value" jobs which require 3 bid credits is possible - it's obviously not impossible for the product team to customise the bidding system.

There's an additional problem at work here with credits which you may or may not be aware of (but worth putting in this thread too).

Rarely for this point in the month, I still have quite a few bid credits (thanks to a few long-running jobs). However, I've put in bids on two of the jobs I've been invited to in the last 48 hours - one directly by the client - and have had credits taken for these. The response from support was garbled, contradictory, and in very poor English.

I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. What on earth is going on?

We all are facing the same situation and no one at PPH is listening. Imagine I dropped a very worded message with same complaint on their FB wall (3 days back) and no one has bothered to reply.

    Such is the customer support.

Also, did you noticed that half of the clients posting job on PPH are fake. They don't award the job and credits go wasted then as well.

Quality of buyers has really nose dived in past 6 months.
