  Yes, just make the process of cancelling a proposal actually visible so that its easy to find -  it is completely hidden.

  Cancelling a proposal, or cancelling a job?

  I'm up for both.

  For sellers it's a way of getting back proposals when it's clear the buyer has no intention of awarding the job.

  Hello. I'm a Seller whose posted a job that I want to cancel. the proposals are great, but I no longer need the work done.
