refund credits if the buyer doesn't respond/ignores proposals
I just get rather frustrated when the person posts a job, I send a credit and then they go offline forever and never award the job to someone, the credit(s) could have gone to another job that may have been successful. I understand it is not your fault because obviously you cannot control their activity, however I would appreciate it if there was a way to refund the credit(s) after a certain amount of time if they don't selected anybody, for example I have one proposal that was sent 3 weeks ago and they haven't even chosen anyone/not even read my proposal. I believe this would benefit sellers.

This has been suggested many times and responded to by KellyBot with no further action.
There's a bottom line here. The more spurious jobs posted, the more proposals are wasted, and sellers buying blocks of proposals to repeat the cycle.
All that has been done in response by PPH is to introduce the High Value 3 credit scam and the job contests - another name for spec work.
Don't hold your breath....

PPH already refunds a proposal credit if the job is cancelled, and rightly so.
Issue is that many/most jobs drift towards oblivion without any caption steering the ship, either having abandoned it, or never been aboard in the first place.
Enough of the metaphors. Just safe to say if you request that of buyers, in many cases all you'll get is silence.
What I would like is the ability to cancel a proposal and get the credit refunded at ANY point in the 30days it's active, and has not been awarded, or your proposal responded to in any way.
It would dent PPH's financial bottom line, but really give then a kick up the rear to clean up their act re buyers, and give sellers some confidence they give a shit.
