Many thanks for your suggestion. I will pass it on to our product team.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Extremely good point Mark. Definitely needs to be addressed.

This has been suggested many times and responded to by KellyBot with no further action.

There's a bottom line here. The more spurious jobs posted, the more proposals are wasted, and sellers buying blocks of proposals to repeat the cycle.

All that has been done in response by PPH is to introduce the High Value 3 credit scam and the job contests - another name for spec work.

    Don't hold your breath....

It's a shame that money is more important than the people that actually make PPH what it is. Without us they are nothing.

My suggestion is to point out to buyers in our proposals that it would be great if they could cancel the job if they change their mind to ensure we get our credits back

I doubt PPH makes this clear to them.

Although Im not convinced that PPh will refund us for cancelled jobs.

PPH already refunds a proposal credit if the job is cancelled, and rightly so.

Issue is that many/most jobs drift towards oblivion without any caption steering the ship, either having abandoned it, or never been aboard in the first place.

Enough of the metaphors. Just safe to say if you request that of buyers, in many cases all you'll get is silence.

What I would like is the ability to cancel a proposal and get the credit refunded at ANY point in the 30days it's active, and has not been awarded, or your proposal responded to in any way.

It would dent PPH's financial bottom line, but really give then a kick up the rear to clean up their act re buyers, and give sellers some confidence they give a shit.

Exactly. Just sent 5 proposals and all of them ignored.
