Paypal Not Approved
I've already submitted a customer support ticket, but no one has answered my post. So thought it would be best to post my problem here:

I have been using peopleperhour since 2014. My paypal account was approved back then and everything worked fine. I recently came back a few weeks ago and had to re-register my paypal account (which is exactly the same as my old one). I've waited 7 days to get the account approved and now it's resulted in not approved?
Why is this? and can someone help me with resolving this issue.

Thanks for the response, I've already sent my details to get my name changed on PeoplePerHour. I'm waiting for the documents that I've sent to be approved.
I'd like to change my account to my first name Tobi, so that it matches my paypal account, I had hoped that you guys would have done a quicker job than paypal, so I decided to change my name on here, rather than on Paypal.
