Come on PPH it's been nearly a week since I submitted the necessary bank verification documents.  Why have you not communicated a reason why it is still "Pending"?

This is not good enough.

  IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  Hello!
    
  I was trying to withdraw 127.50 GBP to my Paypal account but My account has still in pading and that's why my request was rejected for Withdrawal from my PPH Account 
  Note: PPH ADMIN - Identification documents required
  
  I have already submitted my photo identity document and My Paypal statement screenshot in document verification section but still, it has in under verification.

  Can you please give me a confirmation for the same and so that I can withdraw my money from my account.

  Hi Kelly - thanks for your reply. 

  The bank verification process is a complete shambles and I would be even more annoyed if I had needed my earnings quickly.  I can see from the various other posts that I am not alone in finding this process frustrating.  7 days to get resolved.

  The customer service responses were also very poor at times. No one told me how to submit more than one document.  PPH needs to improve this process as other sites are much better.
