An ability to post proposals with a placehoder amount

Hello, dear PPH team,

I think its natural that clients post jobs with vague, or somewhat vague description. That's because of clients psychology. And great that the platform has clarification board.

In many cases, a job description is not clear to determine a price but freelancers should show work sample to have more chances to be chosen by a client. They cannot do it via clarification board, according to rules, but when making proposals amounts specification is necessary. So why do not to give an ability to freelancers to not specify a price at the proposal until it will not be negotiated by both parties?

Another reason for this, psychologically it's not recommended to "overwhelm" a client by a price in a first message. It should be done later. So again, why do not give freelancers such ability? For example, to have an option like "placeholder amount".

Please consider such option.
