Critical Situation with our withdrawal Accounts
Good afternoon,
We got a serious problem with the withdrawal accounts, we also sent a message to peopleperhour but nobody answered yet and our client (the buyer) is waiting too.
In order to approve our withdrawal accounts, Peopleperhour asks for a statement with LONDON FILMMAKERS name on it, but this is impossible because we are not a company, neither a registered partnership; we pay tax separately.
We are a COLLECTIVE which was co-founded by me and my colleague.
So the withdrawal accounts can be just on my name or on my colleague's name.
We also paid for FAST TRACK option in order to have our accounts approved but of course both our accounts have been rejected.
Can someone help to sort out all this huge problem?
We should ask our client to get a refund by peopleperhour?

I know you are already speaking with someone in our team about this, but please don't create too many tickets about the same issue as you will find yourself never getting a response, our system automatically updates every time you open a new ticket and sends you to the back of the queue. If you are patient you will get answered ASAP.

No, nobody is paying attention to our problem.
I have just seen your message.
I created many tickets because it was very urgent but after 24 hours nobody took care of our problem and I was kind of desperate.
I think I will ask our client to get a refund if we cannot solve the situation quickly.
Can our withdrawal accounts be accepted?

Now it's more than 48 hours that nobody is really helping us with this.
The client is really patient and he is just asking if he can do something for us.
I know that probably it was stupid to open many tickets but I wanted to get your attention before asking the client to get a refund from peopleperhour and ask for another payment outside your website.
I don't think it is professional the way PPH is sorting out problems.
I am not threaten, I just want to solve this problem and leave PPH forever so both you and me are going to live our lives peacefully.

I have had a similar problem with a pending payment that was then processed and a withdrawal requested but very poor response from support.
Now the withdrawal was scheduled for today (I requested it on Friday) and it has not been paid. This is just not on PPH, you need to sort this out otherwise I'll be doing the same thing as Viviana.
Your support is bloody shocking, and you should pay me what I am owed (especially after you take your 24% fee, which is even more shocking...rip off)
