Please assign this to a Specialist immediately.

I have withdrawn my funds to my Paypal account but PPH keeps rejecting it saying I need account verification.  You have all the proper information and this keeps happening.  Please fix this and release my funds today.

You need to fix this problem permanently. We should not have to beg for the money we have earned.  This is unacceptable.
