I have asked for a refund because i have not heard back from the seller in over a week and not received any work from him.

When will i get this back?

  Thank you for your message.

  If the seller approves the refund request the funds are transferred to your wallet shortly.

  If the Seller does not respond to a Refund Request within three 3 working days (a “non-actioned” Refund Request) then PPH may release the funds automatically back to you.
