Incorrect Fees

I think I am getting charged incorrect fees. I have been with PPH for over 3 years, but am being charged 24% fees on jobs I have recently taken. 

Update  - the 4% was VAT. 

I have not been a seller on PPH for a while (although I have been buying throughout that period). I have recently started taking jobs again and was forced to update my account - so I guess this process has moved me into the 'registered after 2017' bracket - which is unfair as I have been active with PPH for over 3 years.

Update: I was moved onto the new scheme as I had not sold for a while apparently. 

Ouch!
