    There is a 10% cancellation fee, can be waived if it's the 100% the seller's fault, ex : if he did not deliver anything at all.

    I believe you should give the seller clear feedback and a chance to fix the work, at least two further iterations on the work delivered...otherwise it can't be 100% the sellers fault.

    Hello. Yes all of this was done according to the terms you highlighted. But still the PPH machine took 10% as a refund fee!

    Because, it's taken by default whether it's the seller's fault or not.
