Refund Fee
The guy who bid and won my job missed all of the deadlines and failed to produce any work at all.
Upon the advice of PPH support I requested that this person refund me. He did, but you guys charged ME 10% because of HIS ineptitude.
This rubs salt into the wound of the hassle of chasing this poorly performing PPH'er and delaying my project due to his non-performance.
Please can you refund me the refund fee.
If you need paying, I suggest you knock on his door,

There is a 10% cancellation fee, can be waived if it's the 100% the seller's fault, ex : if he did not deliver anything at all.

I believe you should give the seller clear feedback and a chance to fix the work, at least two further iterations on the work delivered...otherwise it can't be 100% the sellers fault.
