Kelly - no response to two customer service requests regarding my inability to withdraw funds from a Paypal account that's been approved for months. From what I can see from other sellers, they're also having the same issue. What is the problem and when will it be resolved? It's not right keeping payment from sellers. It's also very frustrating waiting days for a response from customer service. You should really have a toll free contact number or at least respond more quickly to emails.

Hi Diana,
I can see you have 2 PayPal accounts linked to your account - one which you have approved from last year, and one which you have tried to add this year and is not yet approved for whatever reason (I cannot see the reason). I suggest the reasons you have had successful withdrawals in the past are down to having the other paypal account open?
Could this be the explanation you are looking for? If not please be patient with our support team and they will look at your tickets within a day or two. There is a backlog at the moment due to people opening up more than one ticket for the same issue.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

I added the second PayPal account yesterday, which says approved and which also says that I can withdraw funds tomorrow. The original PayPal account still shows as not yet approved. You didn't answer the question why our original accounts all show as pending approval when theyve been working fine until recently. What is the problem?
