Profile not accepted

Hello, i created resently a profile and i recieved a few emails saying that my profile wasnt accepted and i fixed the problems that they said to me. But now i recieved another email, which says that my profile isnt accepted and when i try to re-submit it nothing loads. What can i do for that? Thanks in advance.
