profile approved or not?

Can someone please help me to have my profile approved. I get the message (email) that my profile has been approved, but when I log in and try to send a proposal, I get an alert that my profile isn't yet approved. Need help

    Please advise me how can I approve my seller account? While I have received this PPH email: -

    "Dear Hemendra,
    Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile."

    But I can not send any proposal at this time. So please advise me. Thanks!

    Hi!

    I have signed up at your service some days ago.
    I have also received an e-mail about editing some fields in my profile, I have done that, but my application wasn't approved.
    Is there any chance to be reviewed or resubmit? I am not sure if it is still in process of approval or its been denied?

    I have sent an email to

    info@peopleperhour.com. I got a reply saying - 

    then I got happy and run through the link to check any project that i can bid for - then I get the same old page -

     

    This cycle is going on since I have applied for freelancing in PPH. Please someone help me get out of this "Do-while" loop.
