I wish to register a formal complaint about the £5.60 charges on my payment of £50.00. I did not know ANYTHING about charges until I checked my online Credit Card Statement. When I made the payment on your 'secure system' it made no mention of £55.60! Please remove this charge or I will need to take this up with my Credit Card company as I am sure you are in breach of user-licence.

  are the buyers charged here for communication with the freelancers for their project. 

  Are buyers charged after finalising of the cost of the project?
