Hi, I can't withdraw any funds, it tells me to set up an withdrawal account.

But I have already set one up.

The page the link takes me to shows the perfectly set up account!
What should I do now?

  We have noticed that your Payoneer account is in USD and the funds in your account are in Pound sterling. We request you to convert your funds to USD and then you would be able to withdraw your funds.

  Kelly, the 'Convert Funds' button does not work in either Chrome or Internet Explorer. How are we supposed to enact a funds conversion?
