Cancelling a proposal with the wrong price
Hello,
I am a new freelancer and I created a proposal for a client. However before the client accepted it, we agreed on a different price than the proposal.
After this final agreement, the client accidentally accepted and payed a deposit for the 1st proposal with the wrong price, therefore I asked from him to cancel that payment and accept the new proposal that I sent him, with the correct price.
He did accept and payed a deposit for the second proposal with the correct price as well, but he doesn't know how to cancel his first deposit.
Can somebody advise me what exactly I should ask him to do in order to cancel the wrong proposal, because now he has paid twice.
I'd also like to know whether I can withdraw that 2nd deposit to my bank account, and how. Right now it is in my Seller Escrow account.

Either contact support from here and ask em to manually fix the deposit

or make a refund from the same workstream above text box you will find refund option, enter the amount and chose reason , project completed funds remained .
to withdraw your money you need to raise invoice, your guy will pay it = money released from escrow to your balance.
