Ridiculous Fees

This is horrible as too how much these fees are and I've since seen this is not only a problem that I have but so do other people. I just took on a job which was $120. After the god awful taxes by peopleperhour, I ended up being paid $94.21. That's $25.79 of my hard earned money being sucked away. Now, think about a job of bigger value, say $10,000. You would literally have thousands of your hard earned money just sucked away to peopleperhour. Is this ever going to be fixed?? I understand maybe a few dollars in dues but a chunk of the total profits? That just doesn't make sense to me, even if peopleperhour is a business...

  I'm a new buyer here on PPH but our company has been using PPH with other accounts for a long time and before the fees were lower and now it's 10%! can't believe that we are paying such high fees now. Please, consider bringing the fees lower for loyal customers otherwise we have no options but to seek other alternatives...

  I too find the fees a killer. It puts off buyers if I add on 20% commission PLUS the invoice fee. Why do you charge us just to send an invoice for honest work we've done? I often don't bid for suitable jobs that come up because it's just not worth my professional time and experience.

  People per hour is fine. People for a pittance isn't.
