Too hard for a freelancer to navigate and use site. Seems geared more towards hiring. And the ridiculous confusing terminology - eek - buyer or seller. Should be Freelance Section and Hiring Section. "Don't be fancy to be cute, be direct in what you want to communicate." My favorite entrepreneur Mark Cuban from Shark Tank says that and believes in its meaning as do I. The site sure wants to keep your account information because there are no "delete your account" options. And customer service is a stupid forum and not even Live Chat for help. This business execution of a genius business model sucks!
Recommended by top tier IT people in freelancing. Wow big error there.

I believe we use buyer because people and business buy services from freelancers that sell their services to those businesses. Hopefully the terminology is a little less confusing now?
