Admin Fee

Hi,

I've received two e-mails about an admin fee (which I wasn't aware of in the T's and C's) - I logged in expecting 2 deductions and found i've had almost 80 pounds worth. In the T'c and C's it says you will e-mail me every time your take a fee. I haven't received e-mails relating to all these charges. Please could you help? That's such a lot of money to lose.

  Hi Leighla,

  I see you are awaiting a response from a senior adviser. A positive is, now you are back online you are no longer going to be charged any further fees.
