    Hi Jahanzaib,

If you requested the withdrawal after 12:00pm GMT then you should expect the funds the next working day, although on occasion it can take longer for international bank transfers. If you requested the funds before 12:00pm then usually the funds are released that same day.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

    Hi Bilal,

No. The money is still safe in escrow until you have an account that is verified. Steps to getting an account verified below:

Upload all the documents on your payments settings page (https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/payments) to verify your account.

    We need

->a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card)

->in case you are withdrawing funds to a Bank Account or PayPal, a choice of:

    1) Bank Statement of the account you wish to have the funds transferred to; clearly showing your name, the account number (or IBAN) and sort code (or BIC),

    2) PayPal account statement showing your PayPal registered name, email address and verification status along with any relevant transactions,

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else..

NB the verification process takes 7 working days.

I am also working on the assumption that you have had a proposal accepted and everything has gone well with the buyer etc.

    Dear Sir,

As per peopleperhour instruction, I withdrawn my payment to my payoneer account on 15 Feb 2018, still today 19 Feb payment not received by payoneer.

I request to look in this matter as early as possible.
