Payment made but not yet received

Hi PPH

We made a payment to a supplier yesterday, from funds held in escrow, but they haven't received the money. It's usually immediate.

What should I do to rectify this?

  Hi Ray, 

  As you suggest, usually payments are 'immediate' from escrow depending on the time of day - before midday or after midday GMT. As your funds were requested/released after midday they should be processed and received today.
