Problem with my seller
I have a problem with my seller. The job was supposed to take 20 days. After two days the seller invoiced me - when the work was not yet complete. I didn't log into the site over the next three days to decline the payment to the seller (figuring he was going to take 20 days to complete the job) and the seller was paid. I didn't realize that the seller could request payment early and that it would be automatically released without my consent. :(
I messaged the seller and he assured me he would finish the job... but ofc he has not.
How should I proceed?
I wanted to order again from this seller as he is the only one offering this job. :/
- Should I order again and insist he completes the first job before starting the second - and making sure he is only paid for it upon completion?
- Should I give him a 1* review and tell him I will edit it when he completes the work.
- Should I contact PPH to intervene - can then even do anything now that they have automatically paid the seller.
- Should I raise a dispute with my card issuer?
Advice on my next move is appreciated.

Hi Jon,
I have opened a ticket for you, as I feel you should be able to get your money back if the seller if, as you suggest, has completed no work for you but has still been paid. You will be compensated in some way or the seller will be locked from PPH for breaking our T&Cs.
