These boards are labelled as community. Yet every post seems to have an automated reply saying a ticket has been opened. No resolution is ever posted.

Is there anywhere on this site you can ask questions and have them answered publicly?

  Not all the time, there are posts with official answers, sometimes tickets are opened to be answered privately.
