New Bank account approval pending for 34 days
So I added a new bank account for withdrawal on November the 2nd and the account showed a pending status which I thought might take a couple of days for support to approve and after waiting for a week I opened a ticket for it.
I received a reply from support on that ticket after 5 days which I believe was from (Sophia ) and I was informed to submit a statement document from my new bank account and it would be approved. So just after 2 days I replied back to that email with the document and received a reply that ticket was closed without even informing me or coming to a conclusion.
Now after that I have opened two new tickets and have been waiting for 6 days now to receive a reply from any support member. It just amazes me how worse and useless the support service has become at PPH and believe me when I say it this was never the case. I have been a active seller at PPH since 2012 and have first hand witnessed the brilliant support and immediate assistance of the PPH team on any matter from the early days of PPH.
With the passage of time the goal should have been growth for the platform and its users and maybe PPH has achieved growth with the sharp increase in project fee, transaction fees, currency conversion and credit bids fees but the support system towards its users has deteriorated to all time low and one can just get an idea of that by looking at the no of requests people have to post on this community forum.

Hi Waqas,
I see you are already talking to a member of our payments team I would urge you to also upload ID documents and a utility bill, as for some reason your location states you are in China, and not Karachi where your bank statement and IP address suggests you are from.
If this is too much stress for you let the payments team come to a conclusion.

Yes I have received a email from support shortly after this request was posted. I have submitted them the bank statement document and I am and always have been based in Karachi. Not sure why it shows China at your end I just googled for my ip location and it shows Karachi Sindh as well so it could be some ISP tracking issue at PPH end ?
But the point I have tried to make with this post is it should not take more than a month just to approve a bank account and on top of that support requests take on average 7 days to respond back and then are abandoned or closed without conclusion so looking into these would be really helpful for the entire community.

I did not hear back anything from the support team on Thursday and its Monday now and I am still waiting for any updates on this. I am just completely let down by the absolutely useless system of support where noone seems to be bothered about any of the pending requests and things such as verification of a bank account has taken me 40 days and you guys are still not sure when you would be able to do this or confirm any status to me.
Can you please forward this request to someone senior in payments that could actually assist in this matter ?
