  No I am not discussing with anyone. It was. not meant to be taken. It was a holding amount of money that was meant to be refunded but instead two lots where taken. I am now paying interest and the bank says you have deffinaely not refunded it. HELP

  This torture does not end. I spend a lot of time trying to fix proplems and trying to get someone at PPH to understtand. No one is dealing with it. I would like my money back please

  I have now looked into your account and see you have had the refund issued at the end of November but to your other PPH account, which although against our terms and conditions has since been resolved.
