Good day,

Please I am having an issue with my client, I had completed his project based on his requirements, Now he changed his requirements because they had issues with their database, I requested for extra pay because it wasnt part of the requirements I charged him for. Now he is not replying and has not released the money for the initial job I had done.

  Hello Ebuka,
  
  If you are not satisfied with the buyer you can raise an invoice and if it is rejected, then you can raise a dispute.
  
  We advise our users to try and work things out but if you see that the situation is getting out of hand and you do not want to do additional work without getting paid, then I suggest a dispute.
