    Hello Ebuka,

    If you are not satisfied with the buyer you can raise an invoice and if it is rejected, then you can raise a dispute.

    We advise our users to try and work things out but if you see that the situation is getting out of hand and you do not want to do additional work without getting paid, then I suggest a dispute.
