PAYONEER ACCOUNT VERIFICATION PROBLEM

Hello,

I have an issue that on my payoneer account are in pending form past Several days.. I tried to contact the customer support 11 days ago but got no result. Only got two automated reply that told me to wait someone will contact but no one is doing that.   please resolve the issue and solve this problem so that ill withdraw my money.
