    Is there anything that I should be doing? I still haven't heard from support about whether they need more information. I honestly feel like if you guys already knew this was an issue, you should have brought it to me a long time ago instead of just let sit there as "pending." Are you going to reject it? I need to know what's going on.

    I am very sorry for the further delay - I have moved your ticket to urgent as I am sure you are desperate for some sort of resolution - there are numerous internal notes within your tickets which you cannot see, but rest assured your case is being looked at and I am hopeful that your documents won't be rejected outright.
