Unable to withdraw - no communication since Wednesday
Hi,
Since Wednesday, I have been trying to withdraw from my PPH account but keep getting a red box message saying that my documents need to be verified. As you will see from my account, my documents have been approved for some time and I have been withdrawing since then.
I sent a message on Wednesday and received a reply from a Suresh asking me to try a different browser. I replied saying that I tried a different browser as well as trying a number of different things and the problem still persists. I now urgently need to withdraw funds from my account and would appreciate this problem being resolved urgently. Thank you, Nicci Rae

We have escalated this to our technical and payments team as clearly this is a technical issue you are having with your payments. We haven't seen this with anyone else. Please be patient and we will have it resolved ASAP>
