    Hi Nicci,

    We have escalated this to our technical and payments team as clearly this is a technical issue you are having with your payments. We haven't seen this with anyone else. Please be patient and we will have it resolved ASAP>

    Hello.

    I have the same problem. I tried to withdraw from PPH to my paypal account and got the same message in red box. Can someone help please?

    Hi Hamo, I contacted Support and was told that it was a technical issue which was then passed onto their IT department and mine is now working again.
