inadequate customer
Dear PPH,
I have inadequate customer...he make amendmends to the hand made sketches each time more and more ....and his next amendmends are totattyl opposite from the previous....We work in frames of Hourlie "hand-made sketch to CAD" , he always asks me to work with his documents, but it is not the task of this hourlie, I am telling it to him each time and he is blackmailing me with contact with you for a bad feedback. I am tired , he doesnt understand my question.
How I can stop to collaborate with him?

If you are unhappy with the service you have been provided by a seller you can request a refund within the workstream, click on the more button and you can request the refund from there.

If you are unhappy with the buyer and growing concerned with the person you are working with and their attitude you can issue a refund for the hourlie and then, if the client goes ahead and issues poor feedback, based on their experience of what they thought the hourlie was then raise a ticket with our customer support team to have it removed. explaining that you had issued the refund due to the miscommunication/misunderstanding etc.
