Effectiveness of PPH contensts so far.

I was looking for the contests posted so far. Currently there are total 8 contests posted, from which 2 are active, 1 is awarded and 5 are expired.

As, seller immediately this statistics hammered my mind. Its been waste of time if contents is not concluded at all and expired without awarded.

Here are few of my suggestions for the contests,

# Contest should be pre-funded with minimum budget for the winner among all (that will create equal chance and risk factor for both buyer and sellers, which will keep the contest repo high and possibilities of job spamming from buyers will be deducted)

# Employers have to compulsory declare one participant as winner, as its contest - its simple logic I guess. Contest should never be expired without results declared.

I would love to hear from the community more about it.
