Asked for the deposit twice from my client accidentally, and he accepted.

Hi there! As I am new here on PPH, I had an order from a client. He deposited me $35 (full amount). When I got the order ready for delivery there was an option to ask for deposit. I thought that means asking for the deposited money to get released. So I asked for $35 deposit. So it got $70 total in my deposit section. And when the order successfully marked as completed and the buyer gave me 5 Star review, the buyer asked for $35 refund, which is obviously his right. Now the issue is, it says that if I will refund the money, it will effect my ranking here on PPH in a negative way. I am happy to refund him his extra money but can't compromise on my ranking. Please do something so that I can refund him his extra $35 as well as it doesn't effect my ranking. Please help!

No, it won't affect your ranking, just refund the money to your client and put reason (funds remained), won't affect your ranking or CERT. -already happened to me-
